If the property is not pet friendly, no animals are permitted at the property. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise.
Guests have full, private access to the entire home during their stay, with no shared spaces. This includes exclusive use of all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, a 2-car garage, and a small backyard. The garage space is occasionally accessed by the ownership team for storage purposes. Guests may hear brief activity from the garage area at times. This access is separate from the home, and there is no interior access from the garage to the guest living spaces.
