No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am each day, and guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and certain breeds are prohibited (Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds). [SI]
