I truly enjoy living in this community! The management office is always so helpful and attentive—whenever I need something, they take care of it right away. The maintenance team is absolutely amazing; every request is handled on time, no matter the day, even on weekends.

The apartment itself is fantastic—very spacious with a huge living room, an amazing walk-in closet, and a large bathroom that makes it feel extra comfortable.

The neighborhood is just as wonderful: very safe, dog-friendly, and... welcoming. I love that it’s so close to Old Town and D.C., with plenty of shops and great parks all within walking distance. It really feels like home here, and I couldn’t be happier!

Great Location & Fantastic Staff

I’ve been at eLofts since March of 2024 and have enjoyed so many things! I was drawn to eLofts because of their location, unique loft style design, and dog friendly environment. I have truly enjoyed both the office and maintenance staff, all of which have been super responsive anytime I’ve had an issue. Parking under the building is super convenient and anything can be delivered to your door in 30 minutes. The views from the 12th floor are awesome, day or night!
