How Is This Rating Determined?

Street noise

This can be a 5 star apartment building, depending on where your apartment is. If your apartment faces US1, you will hear loud street noise (even with window closed; if it's a nice day and you want the window open, the noise will be deafening). Fire station is close, so you will hear sirens many times a day. Also, if the apartment is next to or directly above the OrangeTheory gym, you will hear the loud music and instructors on microphones starting at 5:30am. However, the building is kept clean... and the gym is nice. Eric in the leasing office is nice. If you have a work order, it will be completed in a timely manner. In summary, if you have an apartment facing Main Line Blvd or the courtyard, you're going to enjoy your stay; 5 stars. If not, you will be counting the days until you can leave.

Neighborhood is great close to everything.
Lots of things in the building and apartments getting old and need maintenance amenities are not fully working. The projector hasn’t been working for years. The barbecue grills are not all working. The fountain lights are always off and been off for a whole year and the fireplace doesn’t work
