I can’t say enough great things about this community — especially the new manager, Monica! Since she stepped in, the entire atmosphere has shifted in the best way. She is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents here.

Monica goes above and beyond to make sure concerns are addressed quickly and thoughtfully, and you can truly feel the difference in how the building is being run. It finally feels organized, welcoming, and like home again.

Since Jan. 2024, I’ve dealt with strong, constant odors in my unit due to unresolved ventilation issues. Despite four months of complaints, documented evidence, and promises from the leasing office, nothing has been resolved.

On one occasion during a complaint on the strong odors, I was told by Liz the leasing agent that I should open my windows in my “luxury apartment” during 40 degree weather after expressing to her that I was unable to sleep, even after turning on all the vents in my... apartment, running a humidifier, lighting candles and running TWO air purifiers because someone decided to have a Barbeque in their unit at 10PM on a weekday!

If you’re considering moving here, RUN. The building has serious ventilation and plumbing issues, and management is slow, dismissive, and unresponsive. Lived here for 2.5 years, from Summer 2023 to Winter 2025. I loved the apartment itself: Decent size, relatively new, nice shared amenities (gym, pool, etc.), and competitive prices for what you get. The location is great as well, as you're right off 395 and there are plenty of bus stops nearby. Communication with the leasing company definitely suffered when the most recent management company came in, as our work orders started piling up without being fixed and it was difficult to have a rapport... with any of the office members when they're all cycling through so often.
