Great Amenities. Largely peaceful environment. Had a nice and decent 7 years at the Shelby. No major complaints but the standard issues with thin walls for apartments. I had issues with the AC unit for a long time but overall it was a good experience and the building has great amenities.

ALWAYS STELLAR SERVICE I have been living at The Shelby for almost 4 years and have nothing but GREAT things to say about the property and the leasing office—particularly LaVaughn and Domo! They always get things done so quickly and efficiently as well as promptly respond to any requests or concerns that I may have. As far as the onsite maintenance team, they've consistently resolved and repaired any issues I've had within my unit, which have been minimal over the years. Overall, I love calling... The Shelby home!

I love living here I’ve been here for the past three years and the experience has been amazing the management staff are accommodating, helpful and present. The maintenance team is so fast things get fixed within the day are clean. The lobby is immaculate. They have a great gym.
