Staff is very kind. The building itself is very clean and the amenities are great. The only issue was maintenance, they could do a better job communicating. When we moved into our unit, there were several issues that should have been addressed prior to our move-in. It took several visits for us to fix things.

I’ve truly enjoyed calling Pike3400 home since 2016. Over the years, I’ve appreciated the continued improvements to the community, especially the upgraded amenities and beautiful green spaces. Living here continues to be a great experience. Once again, I can’t say enough great stuff about the staff and everyone here is so kind. I’ve been here so long and oddly enough only used the office for the first time this month lol
