Moving is hard in general but the move-in process here was easy! Jeffrey the concierge person was so extremely helpful and kind. Leah the leasing agent is also super patient and accommodating. Kristen the assistant community manager is also kind and listens to your needs. Just with communication they’ll be able to work with you!

Pike3400 is a great community to live in. Amenities are great, although I wish they would upgrade and have at least a smith machine in the gym. They have events at least a few times a month for residents. We love free food lol. Hopefully rent increase isn't much. It's quiet (for the most part) and safe since you can't get in the complex or use the elevators to where the residents live and garage without a fob.
