Potomac Towers is in a terrific location. Metro rail and bus service is easily walkable. Amenities are basic and reasonable, there is something for everyone. The building is clean, parking is ample, additional storage is lacking. Residents are polite and good neighbors. I have been a long-time resident and enjoy the neighborhood, the view to DC and the convenience of urban living in a residential setting.

The only drawback is the abundance of commercial flights which can be noisy and... constant, can interrupt WIFI. I

The gem of the building is the pool! Some of the events are fun and help mentally offset the rising rent. As an aside, the AI algorithm they use to assign rent to units is so flawed and results in frequent moves within the building as people chase reasonable rent here. Would save both the renter and the building money to disincentivize that, but that's above this building's pay grade. Cockroaches are a persistent issue each year on all floors from basement to the top. Management staff are... unfriendly and seem to actively try to make the experience here worse (except when ignoring emails about issues, which is not active at all). My property was damaged when a pest control crew came in without my consent on a day when they were not expected, and they did not disclose or apologize for their damage. The assistant building manager promised to make the situation right, then left my emails unanswered for months. Happy to be moving out!

I have enjoyed my time here so far. Clean. Maintenance requests are done quick! Love the dog park for my dog. Pool is very clean! Halls are clean as well. Parking is decent but can be better but not bad for Arlington!
