Reserve at Regency Park

The leasing office staff were great. The apartment room that we lived in not so much, several spots of drywall that was old and cracking off if you went down the stairs to hard, we had to have put around 9 tickets in to get the AC fixed, the vent above the stove broke fairly early into our lease and it was weeks before it was fixed, there was mold above the stove where the vent was and it was never cleaned, the floor started bubbling up, the cabinets were always breaking everything was falling... apart. I have enjoyed living here this past year. I love my apartment. Plenty of space and great upgraded features. The community is very well kept and everyone is friendly. I love seeing the bunnies and deer.

When there was a problem at home, they immediately took care of it and maintenance came and took care of it immediately. The complex is very calm, quiet and friendly.

Erica has been very helpful in all of our concerns and patient. We really enjoy living in this neighborhood and hope to live here long term. It’s a safe and quiet neighborhood. I like the monthly events the leasing office holds and for seasonal events like Thanksgiving they provide dinner which is really nice. There was a paint sip and night too. Highly recommended!

Neighbors can be loud and sometimes maintenance technicians don’t fix things well. We had mice and bed bugs here. Sometimes there are bugs with the long legs and the doors don’t keep bugs out
