Reserve at Town Center

So far we really enjoy living here. Everyone for the most part is very friendly. Maintenance is good and very prompt when a service request is submitted. We don't have anywhere else in the area to compare to so not sure if things are better here than other places or not. It is definitely a bit on the expensive side, but the location is pretty much worth it. Very nice area, not really any crime that we're aware of. The outside walk areas on each floor are wood and could use some power washing.... Otherwise the property is kept clean. Maintenance and staff did an impressive job when it snowed.

Everything has been great since we’ve lived here. I wish that appliances were more up to date, and the dog park had grass instead of gravel.

I have had great experiences with the apartment building I’m staying in. The community is very nice and helpful. Whenever I need someone I know I can count on them to help.

I just renewed my lease with the office, and I’m looking forward to another year at RTC. The neighbors are friendly, and the community is close to shopping and restaurants. Their office and maintenance staff are friendly and available 7 days a week!
