The process was great on getting a lease and getting moved in here on the office personnel. The ladies are fabulous maintenance people on the men. They’re just wonderful they come and fix things. They’re very efficient and get the job done. The ladies in the office are very respectful as well as the maintenance men. Everybody here are very knowledgeable and they keep you up-to-date on what’s going on and what needs to be done and getting a hold of them for any kind of maintenance is very easy.... Piper is very easy to talk to. She’s very efficient and very knowledgeable on what you asked her. The amenities are nice. I can’t say too much other than it’s a great place to live. It’s quiet as close to where I work close to stores the apartment is clean and yeah, I like it a whole lot. The community at Hyde park apartments is very well maintain. The employees are very nice, courteous very professional very knowledgeable. That includes the maintenance employees as well. Everything is done efficiently and within reasonable time the virtual assistance Piper is very excellent by talking to her. She is quick and efficient and getting your request turned in very courteous and polite whenever I have an issue with anything I can talk to the virtual assistance, Piper or I can contact... the office or anybody in the community as far as the employers go. All in all it is a fairly quiet Neighborhood. I haven't had any problems with any of the residents aside from noise from the apartment above. But that is to be expected in an apartment. my only real issue is the flooding in my parking spot and hopefully that will be rectified soon.

I would not recommend anyone moving here until there are people who actually care about the residents working in the office. Everything was fine for the two years I’ve been living here up until 3 months ago. The professionalism and organization is not there, it’s just not what it used to be and I hope it gets better I loved living here until now. We can’t even take our kids to the pool.

Not a bad start up apartment for being built in the 70s. The rooms are larger than most newer apts. Today, and you get to cook with gas. Which is a plus. And as always, it has one of the best pools in the area.
