the state of our apartment at move in was unbelievable. things in the bathroom were broken, brown stuff dripping on the bathroom walls, bubbles of paint on the front door, hole in our fence, and the light in the patio is halfway off. the toilet is also lopsided and it shows through the living room ceiling! not to mention the landlord special of painting on doors/trim/walls and bad patching of the walls. we weren’t allowed to view it before we moved in which i feel was taken advantage of.... Keshae’s communication has always been off-putting and broad, not mentioning details or explaining things has been like talking to a robot. she also ignores some of my emails as of lately. thankfully, placing maintenance request was easy and they came out next day, i was very satisfied with that and i appreciate them. the surrounding area is well take care of, especially foliage and upkeep.

but my happiness here at Staples Mill Townhomes is a 4/10. we’re pretty much unbothered now, but the first few months were rough with management and the state of our townhome. we’re new renters and that was taken advantage of.
