Improve the amenities in the community instead of updating the leasing office. It is a nice space but it does not improve or provide anything to residents of the community. Especially with the rising costs of rent. Update the gym, the pool, walking areas, the package collection area, cameras in the community so things don't get stolen, etc. As a resident I am paying a lot to live here and I know for sure that the profit isn't going to improve my living experience or the salaries of the workers... in the community. The leasing office is not a priority. Its like you improved the entrance to an apartment but let the rest of the apartment fall behind, so now you have a nice entrance that doesn't match the rest of the home.

Constant toilet clogging and you need 4-5 apps to use the gym, access package room (fee), get maintenance service, pay rent, etc. One good thing is that they have garages attached to the apartments for a premium.

Great leasing team but having same toilet maintenance issue of not flushing of the same toilet and you need to have an app for everything here - be prepared.
Check the tenant above you - not a good sound barrier system in between floors.
Otherwise, small but nice community with own apartment garages.
