Move in has been great. The leasing staff has been very helpful. The apartment was clean and fairly setup for move in. I can't wait to be all set up!

Overall living is great. However, families are a bit disturbing as you can hear almost everything through the walls. Tantrums from children can be heard as loud bangs even on the same floor.

If you're primarily seeking a spacious apartment, this complex might catch your eye. The units themselves are quite nice and offer ample room. However, beyond the visual appeal and square footage, be prepared for significant shortcomings in nearly every other aspect of management. Communication, maintenance quality, consistent rule enforcement, rent stability, and a fair, resident-focused approach are notably absent. While the apartments look good, the overall living experience is frequently... undermined by these operational issues.
