Great leasing team but having same toilet maintenance issue of not flushing of the same toilet and you need to have an app for everything here - be prepared.
Check the tenant above you - not a good sound barrier system in between floors.
Otherwise, small but nice community with own apartment garages.

I've been living here for 3 years and everything has been wonderful. It's close to supermarkets and shopping centers, everything works perfectly, and they solve problems quickly. I recommend this complex.

Third day moved in, so far so good. I got a reserved parking space and come to pull up to it and it was encased in a mountain of snow that I had to spend 4 hours shoveling. I couldn’t even use it for the first two days of my lease. Other than that, parking situation in general isn’t the best but I imagine when it’s not inclement weather like this it’s fine. But again, other than that, love our place specifically it is beautifully renovated and haven’t had any issues so far with the unit.

A comfortable living space as a tenant for 10 years but very pricey, we have had a few issues as the companies managing things kept changing hands and our agreements changed. This has resulted in a moss of trust as previously minor issues became bigger ones
