My experience has been mixed. The community is well maintained and the amenities are nice but my move in experience and customer service have been disappointing. I have spent a month trying to resolve incorrect charges on my account, including insurance related fees despite providing proof of renters insurance on move in day

However, we sincerely apologize for your disappointing move-in experience and the customer service you have... received regarding your account. Some charges are generated automatically by the system and, at times, may take a little longer to resolve. However, we completely understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially after you provided proof of renters insurance on your move-in day.

Highly Recommended – Excellent Management and building

I’m a resident at Vista at Fairfax Corner and have recently renewed my lease. I absolutely love living here.

Kathy and Zachary are outstanding building managers. They are consistently responsive, professional, and incredibly attentive, handling every request promptly and with care.

The building is new, impeccably maintained, and features exceptional amenities including a gym, dog shower, conference room, game room, courtyard, and rooftop. Everything is kept spotless and in excellent condition... .

What truly sets this community apart is the way Kathy and Zachary foster a welcoming environment. They regularly organize events so residents can connect and enjoy themselves. Additionally, the front desk is staffed until 2 AM, and everyone entering the building is carefully checked to ensure security and access to the correct floor.

I sincerely appreciate their dedication and the high level of service they provide. Living here has been a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Vista at Fairfax Corner.

I recently moved into the community and have had a great experience so far! The leasing team made the move-in process smooth and welcoming. The staff was professional, organized, and made the process stress-free. The community is clean, well-cared for, quiet, feels very safe, and has a great atmosphere. I appreciate how responsive management has been and how friendly the neighbors are.
Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and communication from the office has been clear and helpful. I... would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.
