Water has not been consistently hot in all faucets and shower and mostly luke warm for about six months now. A/C and heat very little air flow in the master bedroom and master bath. Always warmer or colder than main dining and living room area where the thermostat is.

The once peaceful courtyard is now a playground and hockey rink all day, evening, and weekends. Completely ruins the living experience for those of around the courtyard. I won’t be renewing.

We have not had many issues since moving into Pearson Square last winter. Residents and staff seem friendly. We've experienced very few issues within our unit. My biggest gripes are that the elevator near my unit has been out since January and there doesn't seem to be an end in sight. Management has not been responsive to written inquiries about the status. Additionally, some residents let their kids run around the hallways playing and screaming unsupervised.

The staff here is very friendly. However, the bulding is old and things take far to long to repair. One of the elevators has been out for over 4 months. The pipes in the garage have repeatedly set off the fire alarm and we have to evacuate. As I write, the water is being shut off for the day, not for the first time. I suspect the admin goes with the lowest bidder to get the work done. Also, many residents are not aware of proper apartment behavior - they should get a list of rules of... courtesy when they move in. Some leave their garbage on the trash room floor. Others let their kids run around the hallways ringing bells and knocking on doors. Management needs to be more firm about setting the tone.
