Absolutely love the ambiance, clean common spaces, well equipped gym. Looking forward to do bbq pool parties this summer. The staffs are very responsive and helpful.

Overall experience is good, the community always encourages to meetups, communicate and get along with neighbors by arranging events which is a lot of fun. The staff are really nice and very helpful always. Cons are soundproofing walls will be a great help, smart lock and thermostat will be great tech add on

Apartments are wonderfully functional and esthetically pleasing. Grounds beautiful. Great team of office managers that handle issues and are fun and funny. Only problem is that hallway carpets have a lot of pet stains, which are awful to see and walk around.

The apartments themselves are really nice and well maintained, and the amenities are definitely a highlight. The common areas are clean, the facilities are modern, and overall the property has a great feel to it.

One downside is that the walls are pretty thin, so you can hear neighbors more than you might expect in an apartment building. It’s not unbearable, but it’s noticeable.

My biggest frustration has been the change to parking. What used to be free parking is now paid, and at the same... time the number of outdoor parking spaces has been reduced. It feels like residents are being asked to pay more while having fewer options, which is disappointing.

Overall it’s a nice place to live with great amenities, but the noise between units and the parking changes are definitely things to consider. Read More
