Metropolis Apartments

The apartments themselves are really nice and well maintained, and the amenities are definitely a highlight. The common areas are clean, the facilities are modern, and overall the property has a great feel to it.

One downside is that the walls are pretty thin, so you can hear neighbors more than you might expect in an apartment building. It’s not unbearable, but it’s noticeable.

My biggest frustration has been the change to parking. What used to be free parking is now paid, and at the same... time the number of outdoor parking spaces has been reduced. It feels like residents are being asked to pay more while having fewer options, which is disappointing.

Overall it’s a nice place to live with great amenities, but the noise between units and the parking changes are definitely things to consider. Read More

We like everything here and we really love living here. As senior residents, we really enjoy the events organized by the management, and we are very grateful to them for that

Pretty nice and quiet here. Only have been here for half a year so not bad as of yet. The ownership did change after I moved in few months which there were some differences and more charges changed which was not nice.

community is great, there are lots of activities throughout the months, team is awesome just a great atmosphere all around, great area as well,

Overall a very good community with welcoming people and neighbors. Parking seems to be a little full recently but the admin are working hard to address it. I do have a complaint on smoking in the premises of the apartments though (parking garage, stairs, hallways). Also dog poop, please pick it up
