My experience has been okay. I enjoy living here. I do feel like the inside of the apartment buildings need to be kept up more / cleaner. It's a great area to live in though!

Safe location and still a good distance to West Broad Street. Studios are decently sized. Neighbors are generally quiet, but sometimes you hear them through shared walls.

The start was very helpful during the move in process! And everyone has been great if we have any questions. The maintenance man even offered us his dolly and allowed us to use it!

The rooms are clean. Amenities are nice and Bonnie is a very kind helpful person. Parking is nice. The location is perfect. Lakes nearby! This has 24 hr gym

All is good except one matter. It is difficult to find mail in the mailroom. Sometimes we end up looking all over the mail room to find our mail. Sometimes we have to resort to finding mail in the second building. It is frustrating. A better system should be put in place.

Let's have the residents sit together with the management to get this sorted out. We can bounce ideas with one another.
