We live in a nice quiet park of the community and the neighbors have been welcoming but our apartment smelt like old cigarette smoke that tried to be covered up. Still thankful for getting to be here though.

Not too bad of a place to live in, but it does have its ups and downs.

They have a beautiful walk pathway to take walks, walk your dog. Area is pretty quiet, rent isn’t too expensive, but it does add up with utilities, gas, water, electric, internet.. etc.

One downside, I wish they would invest in more trash pickup areas, the main one gets crazy overfilled every weekend, trash spilling out like crazy. The place needs more trash disposals for such big complexes like these, that’s one downside,... something the company ought to look into and consider improving.

The waste baskets for the dog wastes.. let’s just say those baskets rarely get cleaned out.. you can only imagine how it smells when you go out on your nice peaceful evening walks.

Everything has its ups and downs.

Beautiful safe clean environment. Friendly staff. I love the pool but I miss the gym the neighbors are very nice and everyone looks out for each other and their kids

It has been pleasant, haven’t seen to many other residents as of yet . But the few I have encountered have been polite . The living experience around the community has been a good experience as well . Clean community and it’s nice and quiet when you need it to be
