ICON at Dulles

This place has a huge dog poop issue. For the 1/3 mile distance around the building, i counted 30 instances of poop not even a foot into the landscape and on the sidewalk. Yes, poop on the sidewalk!!!!! Not only is this absolutely disgusting but a huge health issue as well. ICON needs to enforce their tenants to clean up after their dogs or being doing the clean up themselves.

We have been living in ICON sense 2018, and we love it. We just had to place our vacate form, because we purchased a house but we will still recommend the ICON apartments. Our favorite amenity is the dog park, and the coffee machine, too bad there is only 1 in the main building. Stefani from the leasing office have always been very knowledgeable, straight to the point and always, always provides great customer service. I have interacted couple of times with Thania, and she is also very helpful... , and nice. Thank you, ICON.

Icon at Dulles is the best apartments around northern Virginia! The apartments are beautiful and the quality of everything is top notch! The amenities include indoor BB court, 2 pools, dog parks, gym, playground out back, plenty of parking and indoor theater, pool table, and more! They do so many nice parties for the kids on holidays and also have lots of resident get together’s where they serve breakfast and just so much more! They are truly family oriented and they treat you like family!... Thania, Robert and Michael all work in the front office and they are truly like family. They know my kids and grandson and they always watch out for them and just take really good care of us! As a family we all feel so safe here and we just love living here. We have been here almost 6 years and will probably be here for a long time to come. I highly recommend Icon to everyone single and families! Read More

I have lived here for two years and enjoyed the amenities and the dark cramped wood floors along with the nicely chosen color scheme of stone green walls and trim. No boring white here. Two pools that have white resort furniture, grills, lots of tables and courtyards for entertaining. The fountains are relaxing and the vibe is very calming. A mix of young professionals, families and seasoned professionals mix well and if you are social, you will meet a few new friends. There is an indoor... basketball courts and other standard upgraded amenities one would expect, but what makes ICON different is the staff really tries hard to please. Just asked the residents what they wanted and the survey said shuttle to the new metro station on the silver line and guess what?...they did it! While they may be a bit more expensive and you must like living in a growing urban center, the upside far outweighs the downside. There is great lighting and walking areas and nice courtyards for playing, a doggie park and a community garden...hmmm, I think I covered it all. Oh, wait, I forgot about the awesome coffee machine that makes lattes, espresso or just a plain cup of joe...no mess no fuss for me and it's FREE! Could you find something to complain about? You would think with a name like the Icon this would be a luxury building with luxury amenities. Well let me tell you it is over priced and not luxury. From bed bugs too hearing about someone had died in one of the apartments too tenants stealing gym equipment from gym, this by far is the worst place too stay please do no waste your time and staying here. You here your next door neighbors music, and the hallways we have a lot of people who work in the airlines, cars never move in spaces.... Additionally, the finishes in the apartment are not bad from the hardwood floor too the granite counter tops but the leasing office unhelpfulness out weighs the good in the apartment. Read More
