nice building but frequent maintenance issues

Pros:
-Nice location;
-Friendly staff/maintenance crew;
Cons:
-imposed a monthly Fetch.com $45 delivery fee to every resident;
-frequent elevator issue and hot water outage
-high management turnover rate;
-offers units to Air BnB rental

Amazing apartment with high quality appliances. Location is great. Surrounded by good restaurants and being attached to a grocery store is a definite plus. Easy to apply and staff was very helpful

I really like the floor plan and community. We have a loft that looks into the courtyard and love seeing all the trees and having a patio for me and my dogs to sit on.
