If I could give negative stars, I would....

I really wish I could give this place zero stars. From move-in to move-out, our experience was consistently disappointing.

We were promised a "next to new" apartment, fully renovated to match the floorplan advertised on the website. None of that was true. The unit we were originally assigned wasn't move-in ready, so we were shuffled into a second apartment that was barely livable. That one reeked of weed — as a military family, that was an immediate red flag and a dealbreaker for us. The...
cupboards inside were broken and unusable, so we had nowhere to store kitchen items. The closet rod was literally held together with a piece of PVC pipe. Everything felt like a cheap band-aid fix rather than an actual renovation.

The common areas were just as bad — the hallways were hot, dirty, and had a persistent musty smell every time we walked through.

Beyond the unit itself, the neighbors and overall environment made daily life stressful. Noise carried through the complex at all hours with no regard for anyone else trying to sleep or work. In the span of just three months, police were called to the property twice for domestic disputes. This is not a peaceful or safe place to raise a family.

To be fair, the new management team was helpful and pleasant to work with whenever we reached out — that's the one bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience. But it wasn't enough to make up for the condition of the units and the overall environment.

Between the false advertising, the poor unit conditions, and the lack of any real oversight of the community, I can't recommend this property to anyone — especially families.

Worse place

Worse place to live in we had a leak in our first apartment we had to move out of there, the relocated us into a “remodeled” apartment which had all of the doors not on right or the doors were missing. The bathroom sink had a leak which wasn’t fixed which turned into mold. That was a month ago that they were notified, their excuse is that they only have one maintenance guy. The only reason we moved into this apartment was because I was pregnant and my baby was on the way. Leaving a bad review... because maintenance is horrible and take forever for things to get done. The sink and doors still haven’t been fixed. Also the hallway’s always stink like weed and sometimes comes into the room.

Worst management ever

This property has changed management and it has been hell ever since, it’s roach infested, when your appliances break down they replace them with old appliances and they want someone to move in. The hallways smell like straight weed. The garage is always over flowing that mice are now here. My lease can’t end fast enough
