This home features a large and spacious kitchen, stocked with all the essentials, including a table that seats 8 and counter seating for 4. The master bedroom features a king-size, memory foam mattress, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin-size mattress and futon that can be converted into a full-size bed. The downstairs bedroom has an older model TV that’s perfect for gaming or connecting your own devices. The upstairs area has an open floor plan that gives the space a bright, airy, and cozy feel, perfect for relaxing or spending time together. The bathroom area has a small step up and down, so guests are asked to take a little extra care when moving around. The bathroom area is enclosed with curtains for privacy but it’s important to note it is not fully separated by walls from the rest of the space. It’s clean, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. There is a shared outdoor fire pit and shared outdoor space.
A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability.

Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. In the unlikely event the hot tub is not functioning during your trip, the issue will be rectified. Additionally, you will be reimbursed $20 for each night of your stay that the amenity is not operational unless your party is responsible for causing the issue.
