The downstairs bedroom has an older model TV that’s perfect for gaming or connecting your own devices. The upstairs area has an open floor plan that gives the space a bright, airy, and cozy feel. The bathroom area has a small step up and down, and is enclosed with curtains for privacy but it’s important to note it is not fully separated by walls from the rest of the space. There is also a sunroom, a shared outdoor fire pit, a shared outdoor space, a BBQ grill, and a jacuzzi tub.
Nestled along the picturesque waterfront of Little Bay Avenue, this charming neighborhood in Norfolk, offers a delightful blend of coastal serenity and urban convenience. This location provides breathtaking views of the shimmering waters and stunning sunsets over the bay. Downtown Norfolk is just a short drive away, and the home is 3 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to amazing restaurants and the Norfolk Naval Base, 15 minutes to Norfolk premium outlets, and 20 minutes to VA beach.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Additional fees will be charged for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), broken glass/food in the hot tub ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be cancelled immediately with no refund, and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee.
