Been here almost 4 years, love Aperture, love my apartment, hate my refrigerator. I have lots of space and a great patio. The fridge unfortunately has controls in the center that make it hard to see in and access items.

I've absolutely loved everything about this apartment. Everyone who works here has been extremely nice, understanding, and helpful. My unit was clean when I arrived, and the amenities are great.

Great experience! Close to metro station, interesting building layout, cant really complain! Facilities are great! People are quite, dogs not so much. When do I get my $5 reward?

Maintenance team with Tim and James will always be great.
However whenever this new management team came things have just not been as good, especially the Iliana person. She has no people skills and hides behind Donna all the team. Refuses to apologize when she messes up and send Donna to talk to me instead.

I’ve had a great experience living at Aperture.The staff is always professional, friendly, and quick to respond to maintenance requests. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and safe, and the community amenities like (gym/pool/laundry/etc.) are a great bonus.
Leasing manager has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and supported as a resident. I really appreciate the clear communication and attention to detail.
I highly recommend Aperture to anyone looking for a comfortable and... well-managed place to live.
