The event is important to me for the convenience of living in a secured building with the concierge service for packages and the facilities available with it. The maintenance crew is amazing and when you live in a building, you want things to be replaced or repaired quickly and they always perform every time.

There is a saying that location, location and location is what people should look for and the event at the Ruston town centre nails it

The Avant has been our home for the past seven years, and it continues to exceed our expectations. The community is consistently well-maintained, secure, and supported by a friendly and responsive team. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and thoroughly, which truly enhances the living experience.
The recent upgrades to the lobby, fitness center, great room, and outdoor gathering spaces have made a noticeable difference, creating an even more welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.
Its location... in Reston Town Center is incredibly convenient, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

The Avant at Reston Town Center is a great place to live. The concierge and maintenance staff provide the highest quality service, are friendly and responsive and help to make the apartment building feel like a community and home. The building is well-maintained and always clean and the amenities, including the gym, common area, work area and lobby are well-appointed and inviting. The location couldn't be better, next to a diverse array of good restaurants, shops and conveniences (metro and... W&OD). The area has a community feel that we did not expect when we moved in, but we welcome.

Please add more to the gym. We are missing a 60 lbs and 65 lbs dumbbell and need them replaced. We also need more dumbbells up through 120 lbs in increments of 5 as with the rest. Ideally we also get a squat rack with plenty of weight to add for both sides. This would drastically improve the overall experience.
