Horrible
Roaches, poor maintenance, property manager that looks the other way or ignore many times, teenagers that smoke weed everywhere in the community, play soccer and hang out on the steps to the building.

Horrible mane
They try to make this place look as fancy as they can but all they doing is try to make it worse they don't care about ur living space all they care is about getting their money the rules are stupid i recommend livin some where else there's a lot of bed bugs they come from the air vent it's not worth it and it's all dusty inside

Vienna Park Apartments
I moved into my apartment about a year ago and so far no complaints. service team is top notch no roaches no bugs period. The neighborhood is fairly quite and pretty convenient to all that I need. The appliances are pretty standard nothing to fancy but I really don't care about stainless steal fixtures so it work just fine for me.

Vienna Park Apartments
This apartment complex is in the heart of Vienna.The location is is metro bus accessible and is about a mile way from Dunn Loring Metro Train Station.
When my Husband and I discovered this place we were a bit hesitant because the rental fee was very reasonable considering the location. We were expecting bugs in the apartment and possibly poor management...I mean,there had to be a catch right!...
Fast forward 3 years and we keep renewing our lease because we love it here! The complex grounds... are very clean and well maintained,the staff is very friendly and helpful, and lastly it's in a very decent and quiet neighborhood. Oh...and another plus side is it is just a stone throw away from a plaza that has convenience stores (711,CVS,McDonald's, subway e.t.c) &10 minutes from Tyson's Corner Mall!I highly recommend :)

Vienna park
Vienna park is a great place to rent from. Inhave lived here 9 years now.The staff is friendly and helpful during the application process. They will answer any questions you have while you are a resident. The maintenance crew is amazing and usually answer your ticket in about a day. The grounds are kept well maintained. The price is great for anyone looking for an affordable apt.
