Vienna Park

I lived at Vienna Park Apartments for 7 years, so this review is based on long-term experience.

Unfortunately, my experience became increasingly disappointing over the years. One of my biggest concerns was that maintenance staff entered my apartment without notifying me in advance on multiple occasions. Even more concerning, there were times when they left without properly locking my door, which made me feel unsafe in my own home.

Another ongoing frustration was the parking situation.... Residents had to deal with parking permit or parking tag changes almost every year, which was inconvenient and unnecessary.

The management also became a major disappointment. Wilber was friendly and responsive at first, but once I informed the office that I would be moving out because I no longer felt the property was safe, communication stopped completely. The new manager, Linda, was not professional and handled my concerns in a rude and dismissive manner instead of addressing them respectfully.

After living here for seven years, I expected better communication, professionalism, and respect for residents' privacy and safety. Sadly, that was not my experience.

The only positive thing about this apartment is the location. Otherwise, I cannot recommend Vienna Park Apartments. If I could, I would give zero stars, but because I lived here for seven years and have many memories, I'm giving it one star. ?

I always tried to be a respectful and supportive resident. Whenever the management changed over the years, I welcomed the new managers by bringing them lunch because I appreciated the staff and wanted to maintain a good relationship. Roaches, poor maintenance, property manager that looks the other way or ignore many times, teenagers that smoke weed everywhere in the community, play soccer and hang out on the steps to the building.

They try to make this place look as fancy as they can but all they doing is try to make it worse they don't care about ur living space all they care is about getting their money the rules are stupid i recommend livin some where else there's a lot of bed bugs they come from the air vent it's not worth it and it's all dusty inside

I moved into my apartment about a year ago and so far no complaints. service team is top notch no roaches no bugs period. The neighborhood is fairly quite and pretty convenient to all that I need. The appliances are pretty standard nothing to fancy but I really don't care about stainless steal fixtures so it work just fine for me.

This apartment complex is in the heart of Vienna.The location is is metro bus accessible and is about a mile way from Dunn Loring Metro Train Station.
When my Husband and I discovered this place we were a bit hesitant because the rental fee was very reasonable considering the location. We were expecting bugs in the apartment and possibly poor management...I mean,there had to be a catch right!...
Fast forward 3 years and we keep renewing our lease because we love it here! The complex grounds... are very clean and well maintained,the staff is very friendly and helpful, and lastly it's in a very decent and quiet neighborhood.
