This place may LOOK nice on the inside BUT leasing never mentioned roaches as roommates during your lease . I am spending too much money on roach spray, combat gels, and not only are you battling unwanted roommates you have to deal with Waterbugs as well. And not the small ones either . These things get as big as your big toe smh. Find somewhere else. They mention getting bedbug coverage, but there needs to be a roach coverage with the renter insurance you get on your place.

I don’t know how they got this many stars! This place is a joke and a waste of money not to mention dirty!! The staff is unorganized and can’t keep up with their own guidelines! The staff are rude ALL of them and corporate isn’t any better very rude as well! They have ROACHES and BED BUGS they even have bugs you haven’t seen before in your LIFE! They forget to mention the many bed bug infestations they have had before you move in! The area is bad police every night, fighting and yelling in the... streets and the type of people this area attracts is horrible most likely your neighbors will loud fight and yell and bang on walls! THIS WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE THIS IS A WARNING I HOPE YOU ARE SMARTER THEN I WAS!

I called inquiring about information and was told that they can't tell me anything until I apply. How does that make any sense? If you can't answer my questions why would I apply? I cant imagine what I would have to go through if I actually lived there.

Would give zero stars if I could. Staff do not care about the tenants, maintenance will never be done or followed up on, and there are cops in the neighborhood daily. I've had packages stolen, I've had staff give me nothing but attitude when I go in, and I've had water damage all year with nobody trying to fix it. This is the worst experience I've ever had and I would not recommend even my worst enemy to live here. Stay away, don't even think about it. It'll be the best decision you've ever made... .
