It’s truly a peaceful place no drama place to live I been living here for 3 years and I had no problems with nobody exercise 24 hour helps me a lot with my health the dog walkers pick up there pop so that’s a good thing theses days I walk to the grocery store to get some fresh air and it fresh food over there I go like twice a week parking is okay but got to make sure you call it in

We have enjoyed living here at River Oaks since December of 2022. The amenities are great, and we have had nothing but great interactions with management.

Really great complex. Neighbors can be a bit noisy with the loud music and cars but the complex is clean and maintenance is quick to fix even the smallest issue. It's in a great location and close to a commuter lot and I-95

I am living here since 2020 so far it’s good community, nice clean apartments, amenities are good spacious apartments from inside. Management is good.

Good and staff at leasing office are great particularly Mr. Cristian.
Maintenance requests are completed within time frame and trash is taken care daily except Friday and Saturday
