The community is clean & bright. There is a cheerful friendly vibe . All of the staff members are efficient, experienced and very accommodating. It is a comfortable relaxing home.

I just moved in, but BluWater has been fantastic so far. Felicia and Kayla in management very good at their jobs. I got my application approved, deposit paid, and lease signed in 60 minutes after touring the apartment. The movers they recommended were INSANE! 5.5 hours load and unload, including the drive. Came in way under budget, and the guys were awesome. Kyler in maintenance is great to work with and a super nice guy; he came in for work orders and ended up doing additional work... separate from my request. Perfect location and beautiful complex - trees everywhere, clean, birds chirping during the day, frogs at night. Right on the lake is gorgeous. My apartment is modern, hardwood everything, feels great to live here, which is important because I work remotely. Budget-wise, it's pretty much in line with everywhere else, and you get your full value's worth in additional services. I haven't even been to the year-around heated pool yet. Highly recommend living here.
