Amazing place! Very clean & peaceful. I just moved in & no problems at all, The workers are helpful.. Maintenance helped fix my house key mailbox key!

My only issue is, dog owners dont pick up their dog poop. Thats why kids dont use their playground because there’s dog poop everywhere. Thats why we can’t have nice things

It’s been okay, much more corporatized for better and for worse. The front desk staff has been very helpful, much more so than previous owners. Rent being kept relatively low helps. Maintenance could use some work still. Trash valet is helpful.

A bit rough of a transition between owners, but the new Leasing/Management team definitely has the residents in mind. I have had multiple positive interactions, and the maintenance team has also gotten a lot better.
