Located near bus line and train. Walking distance to kent station, safe way, and gasoline. Gym does close early and not open on Sunday. Parking can be a little difficult. But you will eventually find a spot. Pets are okay. But i do catch some not pick up poo. The management is great about putting up reminders.

I’ve been here for over 10 years. There’s lot to be desired, but the new management team appears to be trying. Units are older, so a bit of TLC is needed. Here’s to hoping!

The whole process of moving in was easy and simple no issues the whole building is quiet the location of the apartment is very close to certain stores
