They was so helpful.We came several times to the office but they still tried to help us with patience. if something got broken and when I tell the manager, the maintanance team is coming and it’s so quick.

Community is good but the Maintenance guys are not doing their work. I placed 5 work orders and they came to my apartment and didn't do nothing, everything remained the same. But they sent a message that they had fixed everything.

Just moved to the neighborhood and to Kent! I love the neighborhood it’s very quiet and clean. All of the neighbors are respectful and nice. I really love my apartment, it’s styled exactly to my taste! It’s perfect for all of my belongings! I love how the black and white matches everything and looks clean. I’m very happy with my new home! The staff is sweet and friendly! Big thank you to the ladies in the office, they’re awesome!
