Location is good but management is unresponsive to tenant concerns
Been living here for a little over a year. Location is good. Love the open space, lots of parking available, and enjoy the easy access to the green river trail. My concern is regarding management. I am in disbelief at how unresponsive and negligent this property's management team has been to repeated outreach from us to resolve an issue with our lease. We have been reaching out to them for almost a whole month via phone, email, and even a couple times in person during our working hours. They... always say they will look into it and get back to us but to this date, no one has followed up. Our concerns seem to fall on deaf ears and nobody seems to care except to collect rent. It's the same issue with their maintenance team. If you're looking for a decent place to live, this place is ok. But if you ever need help or support, no one will come.
