Avana One Six Four is overall a good place to live. The office staff and maintenance crew are always friendly and helpful. The property has a litter issue, but this entire region as a whole has a litter issue. I’ve never lived in a place where people throw out so much trash, the dumpsters are all overflowing after a weekend. The company that owns the property has put a lot of money into improvements, putting new roofs on buildings and fixing lighting. I still feel like it’s too dark around my... building’s garage areas, but maybe they’ll address that in the future.

Living at Avana 164 continues to be great! The staff is always super responsive and friendly, the grounds are always well kept and repairs are quick, and I really do enjoy the little touches like craft events and food trucks coming to the apartments each month!
