They do a pretty good job maintaining the property even when renters aren’t doing their part, staff are friendly, amenities are nice, community events are fun when I am available to attend, close to freeway and shopping, updated units are nice.

Good place to live for the most part. Very responsive and helpful leasing staff. Biggest problem on the property is trash piling up on the weekends and illegal dumpers filling trash dumpsters. Lots of litter bugs on the property too but there’s nothing the management can really do there. It was nice to get our buildings pressure washed and there have been several improvement projects around the property.

Fast, friendly service from all apartment staff! Tons of great activities for residents to do and connect with. I really enjoy living here and my only critique would be an additional trash pickup day if at all possible as the dumpsters tend to get full fairly quickly.
Otherwise, 5 stars definitely earned!

My son and I have been with Avana community for 8 months and we are very content in our unit. Our building for the most part is quiet. The neighbors I have met are very nice and always greeting each other. The only thing I would say that needs work is within the community cars speeding they parking lot late nights and unknown people trying to get into pool area and locker room late nights. Random vehicles parking Infront by mailboxes loud music and leaving garbage. Otherwise we love it at the... Avana community
