Refuses to help me with black mold which is a result
Of a flood before I moved in. My son is very sick and the complex has done nothing to remedy the situation

My experience no doubt its a beautiful quite, clean safer then other places.
The only problem when rent goes up its a large amount ot affordable.

The leasing staff are friendly and in our experience went above and beyond to get our application started. The computer system wasn't working well and we were in a time crunch and Francisca really came through for us. The couple of small issues with our unit were immediately addressed. We feel welcome and we feel safe.

I really love the team at Bay Court. They do their best to accommodate your needs and are very responsive. The community is well landscaped, quiet, and has good neighbors.

I love living at Bay Court so far. My neighbors are friendly and so is the office staff. The grounds are clean and well maintained, and my maintenance requests have been completed within a very short time. The apartments are spacious with layouts that make them seem even bigger. I'm really happy that we moved!
