I Haven't had the best experience since moving in, things aren't fixed or updated and there's roaches. Hopefully these things get figured out cause other than that the complex is nice.

As we did clear out the issue in your home and you have verified there are no more pests present, if you decide that we were able to respond and take care of any issues please consider updating your reviews regarding our... most recent service to you. Regarding the request, we were able to order new windows and get the parts needed for your oven, both of which were dependent on window fabrication and installation, as well as waiting on the part for the oven. Please stay in close touch regarding future needs, and we will endeavor to keep you updated regarding parts, supplies, and vendors if we are unable to complete the request within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays for impacts on staffing) and we will surely keep you apprised as to the reason we cannot immediately complete the request. We do appreciate that you are enjoying the community in general and look forward to your continued time here with us! -Your team at The Becket.

So far living at the Becket has been a great experience. The staff and maintenance team have been wonderful. The only downside is parking and a few dog owners who do not clean up after their dogs. Overall a nice place to live.

The stay I've had has been wonderful. I haven't had a bad experience with neighbors or with staff. The services are always prompt and professionally done. I haven't needed too much in help but what I did I was helped promptly.
