The area is peaceful and beautiful, the neighbors cause no worries, and the property manager Josefina has been great to work with. I've had to put in two maintenance requests (one for a heating element in my stove gone bad and the other for squirrels in my ceiling) and both issues were responded to quickly and resolved within a week.
All in all has been a great living experience so far 6 months in!

I have been living in this apartment community since 2018 and never experienced incidents. The area is well maintained with supervision of Richard and Ronnie. The staff are also very welcoming to the residents.
