The maximum number of occupants is 4 guests. Tampering with security devices can result in termination of the reservation and/or a fine of at least $100 or the cost of remediation. Check-in is anytime after 4 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Sharing of door codes, building fobs, or parking passes with unregistered guests is grounds for immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. Lost or non-returned building fobs incur a $250 fee, garage remotes incur a $300 fee, and parking passes incur a $100 fee. All utilities, Wi-Fi, and secured garage parking are included in one flat monthly rate. A 30-night minimum stay is required. Move-in is within 48 hours. Keyless smart entry with self check-in is available 24/7.
