How Is This Rating Determined?

Extremely unresponsive

They respond after 4-5 days on average.

Once you apply they will keep asking you for documents but won't send you a leasing application.

I don't know why they rated them 5 stars. It doesn't even have air conditioners.

If you don't have any other option other than this apartment then you should never sign the welcome letter.

The welcome letter offers no agreement in your favor. If you read it. It only covers their own a**. Please don't sign the welcome letter. Just ask them for a lease... application directly.
