A fine of up to $500 will be charged if the home is left in a condition that requires deep cleaning, excessive laundry, or if any House Rules are violated. Damages to the property or contents will be charged at repair or replacement costs. Any non-compliance with House Rules after an initial violation warning will result in cancellation of the booking and immediate vacating of the property.
