Stadium Apartments

This building is more than accommodating and the management is amazing. It has the absolute best location, neighbors, and staff you could ask for in Tacoma. From this building you have walking access to numerous restaurants, bars, and there's even a grocery store across the street. Coffee drinker? There is a Starbucks across the street and an Anthem within our building. It is also extremely dog friendly, with the cleanest (within building) dog park in town.

The build quality is a standard cheap podium building: first couple floors are concrete and the rest is timber. All finishings are builder grade minus the counter tops. The cabinets are wrapped in a STICKER to look like a dark hard wood. The floors are a laminate made to look like ash wood. All faucets, appliances, sinks, toilets, and showers are the very cheapest you can buy. Soundproofing seems non-existent. Can hear all other tenants talking and walking in their units. If someone above you... flushes the toilet, it sounds like a waterfall rushing down the walls; loud enough to wake you at night.

Internet: 100 mbs for $100, and you MUST buy from the property owner; no options. Usually only get 50-60 mbs as well. If we were "allowed", we could get 1,000 mbs from Xfinity for $90! Only cable provider is Click. Property owner signed an exclusive deal with Click, and tenants do not get a discount because of it. No DirecTV, no Xfinity. NO OPTIONS. This practice is actually illegal, but owners have been able to skirt around the law by installing their "own" lines.

If you are looking for a studio; this place "might" be ok, but other than that I highly recommend you LOOK ELSEWHERE. You will be paying premium prices for a sub-average unit with an owner that will nickel and dime you.
