Ballard on the Park

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This building is the worst managed apartment building I have ever lived in- the management is incompetent and gaslights residents constantly. Paid parked for garages and storage units are constantly broken into. Elevators are constantly not working. Maintenance is never available and the trash chutes always get dirty. There was a sewage leak into the parking garage that wasn't cleaned up within 48 hours, posing a complete biohazard risk. For how expensive rent... is, Greystar management does an awful job with who they hire and what they expect. Great amenities! Very nice staff that are enjoyable to work with. They made the move-in process so easy to understand and were more than willing to answer any questions without hesitation.

Ballard on the Park is not a luxury rental experience. It was built on the cheap, hires inexperienced staff, who have not been trained in customer service. We have alarms every couple of months, usually in the middle of the night. Elevators are extremely slow and unreliable. Nevertheless it is priced as if it was a luxury building. I would avoid it if I were you.

Wonderful area, nice apartment layout, poor management

Thank you BOTP for a great team. They are all so helpful on my move in and throughout my stay here. They did a excellent job on my maintenance work order yesterday,it was fixed in a timely manner. Keep up the Good work!
