Ballard on the Park is not a luxury rental experience. It was built on the cheap, hires inexperienced staff, who have not been trained in customer service. We have alarms every couple of months, usually in the middle of the night. Elevators are extremely slow and unreliable. Nevertheless it is priced as if it was a luxury building. I would avoid it if I were you.

Haven't been a part of it long but the building management seems pretty slow to respond. When we were moving in an elevator wasn't working which made moving more difficult than expected. The apartment layout is nice. Lots of space for a good price by Seattle standards.
