How Is This Rating Determined?

Nice building, but...

Here are the pros:

-New, clean, attractive building
-Friendly management
-Lots of good restaurant choices in neighborhood
-They offer short-term leases

The cons:

-Really, the only problem is the noise. It's not so bad during the week, but Friday through Sunday, expect to hear drunks howling at the moon (sometimes literally) on the corner until 2:00am or later. I guess that's the trade-off for living in such a walkable neighborhood.
