After 25 years of home ownership, Cavalla Apartment Homes is a pleasant surprise! Kim, the property manager, is professional, understanding, and helpful. Steve, the maintenance man is friendly and efficient. This is a quiet, well-maintained property, with beautiful landscaping and quality construction. Neighbors are friendly. My 1122 square foot 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, unit has a large master bedroom and large living room. Although I am in the back, nearest the highway, traffic noise is... minimal. Because of the southwest exposure, my unit does get hot in the summer and an air conditioner is a necessity. My garage, located under my unit, is convenient for storage. Real maple wood cabinets are of decent quality, and the Whirlpool appliances are wonderful. The large linen closet, ceiling fans, and electric fireplace are comforting. We have loved here for 4 years now since we were married. We now have a son and are on one income. Rent continually goes up each year as the market gets better. We love it here but it is so expensive. It's a wonderful little home. We've made it our own with painting and photos. The landscapers are great and our maintenance man is so kind. Washington court apartments feel like you own and aren't renting. We love it here. Our home is 2 stories and 2 master bedrooms. My sons nursery is nautical... themed and with all the beautiful crown molding it just works so well. You never feel like it's a rental. Built great friendly neighbors who have become like family.
