King Arthurs Court

King Arthur’s Court has been a really pleasant place to live so far. Alex and Teresa are both so friendly and approachable, and they go out of their way to make residents feel comfortable and welcome. It’s nice to have management that genuinely cares about the people who live here and makes you feel like more than just a resident.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience here! The property is beautiful, well-kept, and in a really convenient location. It’s close to the Link train, which makes getting around so much easier, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and other things nearby.

The management team has also been wonderful. Teresa, the property manager, is incredibly kind and welcoming, and Alex is extremely knowledgeable and always happy to help. They both make you feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of.

Teresa, the building manager, is so sweet and is always there to fix anything or help in any way she can. When I moved in, she left household goodies and a card with a sweet message on my counter to welcome me. My apartment was fully renovated and just beautiful. I got compliments all the time. If there were any issues, the handyman was right on top of it. The neighbors were so friendly and often cooked/shared food with me. If you have a dog, there's a large fully fenced and pretty courtyard as... well as a gravel side yard with dog toys. Baggies and trash provided outside in those areas. Overall, my experience living at King Arthur's Court was great. Welcoming. Quiet. Comfortable. Well kept.

It's a good apartment clean and secure I like how welcoming it is the manager is nice and the maintenance always comes on time and assist with good repairs

All apartments are physically similar but the property management at King Arthur’s Court Apartments are why I chose them. Teresa is the property manager and she is so responsive and helpful through everything. I will resign my lease here as long as the management stays the same. Special shoutout to the maintenance as well, when a request goes in the problem is almost immediately fixed if not he gets it fixed as soon as the part comes in.
