The staff at Solara is exceptional! I had a really rough situation to overcome with my tenant screening that Claudia helped me navigate and ultimately resolve. Ryan is great too. They both took all my calls as I continuously made frequent. Intact to keep them updated on the status of my situation. They have continued to provide great and attentive service even after move in. This is turning out to really be a great place…10/10

I do love living here. It’s very clean and safe. I appreciate the trash valet and parking the most I think. The large windows are also great because I have a lot of plants.

Great place to live

I’ve lived at Solara since November 2022. Since the beginning the staff have been so supportive. A recent leak in the bathroom was immediately fixed by Rick and Don. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Residents are kind. The gym is rad. Great value. I’m grateful to be here.

Solara is a great place to live, it’s a little haven inside of lake city and the layout of the buildings make it a nice quiet pocket in the middle of a bustling city surrounding. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Amenities are great, my favorite gym I’ve ever seen in an apartment building. Overall love it here!
