save yourself from renting here
Since the property was taken over by Greystar the service and maintenance went downhill. It’s impossible to have anything fixed in a reasonable time (if at all!), but management had time to put useless plastic plants in the mail room ??
When reporting any issue you only hear “we are sorry it happened to you” - and there’s no action coming after this comment.
Look for another place where you as a renter will be appreciated.
