Larkspur is an Amazing community!! Has been a great experience, smooth transition and honestly one of the best experiences I have had with both moving & apartment living. They have welcoming management / maintenance with great communication - quick responses and is in an excellent area. Whether on public transportation (2 bus lines on Van Mall Dr & mall transit center). Tons of retail options, food, healthcare, you name it.

This is a very nice, smaller community to live in. There is a great deal of mature vegetation, which is lovely. Property staff are nice and get things done. The maintenance staff is great.

The location is excellent. Close to PDX,everything one would want is about 20 minutes away. The apartments abutt a wetlands,a forest in the middle of an urban area. In 2025 it will be 20 years I have called Larkspur home.

The amenities here don’t seem to be a priority. The property is picked for the service it provides and there’s always something out of their control. I’m really thinking they’re really not interested in. What’s best for the community. Just what’s easiest for them.
