New Tenant
I have been here for almost two weeks. Grounds are generally upkept (landscaping and decor) The garage doors have proven to be inconsistent. The exit one never opens, so I have to go out the entry door, which makes me nervous if someone is also entering. The front office always seems to be closed all the time, I think out of the 4-5 times I have stopped by, there was someone there once. As a new tenant with questions, that can be frustrating. Emails are responded too promptly; it would just be... nice to count on someone being. They state they are short staffed and work from the Georgetown location down to the street. The package room/guest entrances are overflowing with packages, you can barely open the door, but that's more to do with the delivery companies not following directions. People are generally nice here, and its quiet. Location is great, LIKE AMAZING. Overall, 2/5. I wish the front office was more available, and it appears that they are still working on the art gallery. The keyed doors for the clubhouse, dog grooming station and gym are all out of order. They also store extra apartment stuff in the garage, you can literally see windows, blinds, etc. all stacked up. Tenants also store a ton of stuff outside of their garage storage units, why are they not using the provided cages? no clue. (bikes, golf bags, pressure washers, etc.) It all looks a little upkept for a complex marketed as luxury. They are hardcore about doormats, no matter the size- you cannot have them in front of your unit. That's in the lease policies though so can't complain too much. It's just a little ironic with all the other stuff/junk stacked up everywhere else in the common areas. Entry doors on all sides can use a good deep clean and some fresh paint. Rugs/Mats at entry also should be cleaned every few weeks, they literally are so dirty. Elevators are barely acceptable (Very SLOW), as they are also dirty. Moving pads need to be put up as people are constantly moving in. Good luck using the one elevator close to you when someone is moving in. To this day no one has shown or told me where the stairs are located. I kind of just had to wander around to find them. There is always an unsavory smell from the trash rooms. I get that its trash, but it literally smells like dead fish BAD all down the hallways. If they had a dedicated office team that walked the grounds even just 1-2 times a week a lot of these little things would not be such an issue.
