Love that it’s tucked away with lots of green space, yet close to everything.

Perfect layout for our family. Walkout patio is great for taking out the dog. The kids love the pool and basketball court.

Overall, this was not an awful place to live, but for the price, there are much better options available. One of the biggest issues was that the property advertises itself as smoke-free, yet our neighboring tenants smoked throughout the entire time we lived there. We reported the issue to management, but the only action taken was sending a generic email to all residents reminding them of the policy. The smoking continued, and the odor regularly seeped into our apartment, making it clear that the... policy was not being enforced.

Another concern was the lack of supervision around the property. Children frequently played in the streets, blocked vehicles, left litter on the sidewalks and common areas, and often created what felt like an unsafe environment.

Finally, the move-out charges left a bad impression. While I understood being charged for some legitimate wear and tear items, I found it very questionable that management claimed the cooktop was “scratched” and charged us an amount that matched our entire security deposit almost exactly. It felt more than coincidental and made the charges seem fabricated.

The property has some positive aspects, but the lack of enforcement of community policies, concerns about the environment, and the questionable move-out charges make it difficult for me to recommend, especially considering the cost. Read More

Very nice apartments for living! Friendly and helpful management! Maintenance team are very professional! Love to live here!

Will not be renewing our lease due to Safety Concerns because of Managements lack of concern for our Safety. Parking is awful, visitors cannot find a spot to park.
