The Orchard Apartments

I lived here from 2021-2025 in an upper middle tandem garage unit and absolutely loved it. Any maintenance issues were solved promptly and efficiently. Things like the stove burner started heating differently and a lightbulb in the vaulted ceiling were taken care of next business day.

The property managers were easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. It felt like they genuinely cared about our experience as opposed to a cash cow. The ability to hang things and paint made it easy to make... the apartment feel like a home.

We were told these were originally condos; and the construction is quite nice. We rarely ever heard noise from our neighbors. Only when someone was hammering or rare events where the walls were thinner by the stairs.

Very nice apartments and really enjoyed them my first year living here but things changed when I got new neighbors. They party all the time and had to call management 5 times before they did anything and the other neighbors around them were complaining too. Then I could smell their weed in my apartment and that was taken care but now it is happening again and management won’t call me back or do anything. Very disappointing since I really did enjoy living here. I would advise not living here.

The office staff is rude. The walls are paper thin and the condos are very cheaply made, but very expensive to rent. No storage at all. No place for dogs to go to the bathroom and once they have gone, no disposal, but pet fees are expensive. Hated living there. Do not recommend living here.
