Missing or destroyed fixtures or personal property will result in the actual replacement cost plus a $50 restocking fee. Unauthorized pets on the premises will result in the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower. Please keep the apartment, furniture, dishes, linens, and towels reasonably clean during your stay. Please only use the black towels for makeup removal.
