Excellent staff, especially maintenance. Property management is open to suggestions. Prompt response and resolution of issues. Great location in the Third Ward-can see lots of fireworks! Fun community events.

The staff are very helpful

The agents are very friendly and helpful, which makes me feel at ease. What was particularly great was that when I requested some repairs to the facilities upon moving in, the janitor fixed them immediately. He's always quick and efficient in his work, and I'm always grateful for that.

Jefferson Block has been an incredible experience since we moved in August 1, 2020. Walking distance to anything you need. We have made friends with many neighbors here. The staff is incredible. New faces have come and gone but now Emma, Chloe, Dan and Thomas have continued to make our stay here the best for us. Thanks to all of them.
