I live In a studio space been here almost a year and I love the atmosphere growing up a city boy , lots of working class citizens that live here.

So far my experience has been great. The move in process was incredibly smooth and I really appreciate the software they used for the application and ongoing relationship. Everyone seems friendly and the view is wonderful. It’s a great place to call home.

Moving into this community has been a fantastic experience from day one. The management team is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. The property is well-maintained, with clean common areas and amenities that make daily life more enjoyable—whether it’s the gym, lounge, or outdoor spaces. My apartment was spotless upon move-in and had a modern layout with quality finishes. Neighbors have been welcoming, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and comfortable. One thing that... really stood out was how easy the setup process was, especially with utilities and services. Verizon even offered me a great home internet package when I moved in, which made settling in smoother and saved me time and money. It’s clear that they partner with the community to offer residents extra value. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and connected living experience.
