Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violations. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. A state ID or driver's license copy is required upon booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is needed before booking.
